Your guests will enter the building through the roofed forecourt. The foyer  stands 35 meters high. With over 1.870 sq m the combination of forecourt and foyer offers perfect conditions for parties and receptions.

Elegant stairs lead to the circle of the sixth floor of the building beginning at the foyer. On every floor there is a gallery (149 – 240 sq m). These rooms suit especially for smaller groups. The same applies for the both lounges (44 sq m) that are located on the third and fourth floor.

The gorgeous Theatersaal possesses enough capacity for 1.800 persons. Furniture and walls are painted in reddish tones. The acoustics are perfect so that the hall is often booked as a concert room. All seats promise a perfect view of the spacious stage (720 sq m) which is equipped with professional technology.
