The Urania was inaugurated at the10th November 1962 by Willy Brandt. Since then it developed to become one of the leading congress centers in Berlin. Here you find various conference rooms that suit social meetings of all kinds.
The biggest conference room is the Humboldt-Saal with 866 seats. After its renovation the jewel of the building now blooms again. The stage with over 72 sq. m. of space can be used perfectly for discussion forums.
The Kleist-Saal seats 284 participants and has extensible writing surfaces at every seat available. A stage and a screen are on hand. The Kepler-Saal (70 persons) and the Einstein-Saal (80 persons) suit for smaller conferences.
The well-lit Loft is flexibly usable. Seating rows for up to 200 are possible. If a parliamentary seating is desired there would be a capacity for 110 participants.
All conference rooms have professional presentation technology and W-LAN available.
