With over 1.879 sq m the foyer and the forecourt possess enough capacity for major events. The forecourt is roofed and usable in all weathers. The foyer stands 35 meters high and is paned.

On every floor there are galleries (149 - 240 sq m). A gala seating is possible for 80 persons. You may also invite 100 guests to a reception. On the third and fourth floor there are lounges (44 sq m each).

The masterpiece is the Theatersaal with its 1.800 seats. Red velours seats and red wainscotings create an appealing atmosphere. Despite of the enormous capacity all seats are maximal 30 meters away from the stage. The stage divides into a main stage (330 sq m), a below-stage (also 330 sq m ) which is six meters deeper, wings (350 sq m) and a 30 m high tower.
