The Hamburger Bahnhof is a location you would not find twice in Berlin. The building was established in 1874 as a railway station for the distance Berlin-Hamburg. However, the use for road traffic was only very short. Already in 1906 the rebuilding to the museum for construction and traffic took place. After the Second World War the house stayed empty and only in 1984 it came to a gradual renovation. In 1996 the museum for present art was opened in the building steeped in tradition.

You have the possibility to book the museum exclusively for your event. Brides and grooms rent our rooms as wedding location and enterprise jubilees celebrate here. Your guests enter the location by the big foyer. In the west wing of the building the works of Joseph Beuys are to be admired. On the other side there lies a restaurant and the event space. Other surfaces are used for varying special exhibitions.

An event surface of 360 m ² is available to you in the event space. Receipts are possible with up to 220 people. Rows or banquet seats can be realised for maximum 200 guests. In the restaurant a festive dinner with 120 or a receipt with 200 people can be carried out. In addition, there are still several terraces and the wonderful inner courtyard. Even the entrance hall is often rented for events. With use of the exterior surfaces events with up to 1,200 guests are possible.
