The Spreespeicher in Berlin has really earned the name design location. Everywhere in the rooms stylish design furnishings are to be found. Noble oaken parquet adorns the ground. Soil depth windows allow a direct look at the Spree and the neighbouring events. A 600 m ² big outside terrace with own mooring also belongs to this special location.

In our rooms we organise exclusive and unforgettable events almost every day. More and more often the house is booked as film location or for photo shootings.

There are four event rooms which have got a surface between 69 and 314 m ². You need more place? The mobile glass walls are variable, so that the single rooms can be connected with each other. If all dividing walls are removed, a hall with about 900 m ² is available.

You are always our only organizer, all the same whether you need only one part or the whole design location. We do not carry out any other parallel events. We are not bound to any special caterer, so that you can organise a catering of your choice.

By the central situation in the city centre of Berlin the journey with public means of transportation is easily possible. Parking bays are available for the cars.
